Acceptance

By creating an account, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use Fullexd.

What Fullexd does

Fullexd is a verifiable career credentials platform. You add credentials, invite real referees to confirm them, and share verified profiles with employers via scoped, expiring links.

Your responsibilities

• You may only add credentials that are factually accurate. You must have done the work or earned the qualification you claim.
• You may only invite as a referee someone who has consented (or would clearly consent) to confirming your credential.
• You may not impersonate another person, fabricate references, upload fraudulent documents, or otherwise misrepresent yourself.
• You may not use Fullexd to share content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, or sexually explicit (see content policy).
• You are responsible for the security of your sign-in email.

Content policy

Fullexd auto-flags credentials whose text matches red-flag patterns (adult industry, illegal activity, trafficking, violence-for-hire). Flagged credentials go to admin review before becoming visible. Repeated violations may result in account termination.

Verification is not endorsement

A credential being "verified" on Fullexd means a referee confirmed it via OTP-gated identity check. It does not mean we (or the referee) endorse you, vouch for your performance, or guarantee the accuracy of the work described. Employers should still conduct their own checks.

Documents and intellectual property

You retain all rights to documents you upload. By uploading, you grant Fullexd a limited license to store, render, and serve those documents to recipients you authorise via share links. You may delete documents at any time.

Account suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including but not limited to: fabricated credentials, abusive behaviour, attempted fraud against referees or employers, and use of the platform for spam.

No warranty

Fullexd is provided "as-is". We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We do not guarantee that a verified credential on Fullexd will result in employment.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fullexd's liability is limited to the fees you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (currently zero, as the pilot is free). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Changes to these terms

We will email active users at least 14 days before any material change. The current version is always at fullexd.com/terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the operating jurisdiction. Disputes will be handled by arbitration where permitted, otherwise the courts of that jurisdiction.
